About Wall, NJ
Wall is a township located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Formally incorporated in 1851, Wall was named for General Garrett Wall, who commanded a volunteer company during the War of 1812, in addition to serving as clerk of the New Jersey Supreme Court and later quartermaster general of the state, before being elected to represent New Jersey in the U.S. Senate. In its history, Wall has been home to the largest bog iron manufacturing facility in New Jersey in the early 19th century, and was also the site for one of the first commercial transatlantic radio communication facilities around the turn of the 20th century.
Frequently Asked Questions about Personal Injury in Wall, NJ
Although it can be very tempting to accept money being offer to you after an accident or injury, especially when you have bills you need to pay, you should remember that the first settlement offer from an insurance company rarely represents either full and fair compensation for your past, ongoing, and future damages, or the maximum amount of compensation the insurance company is willing to offer. An attorney can review any settlement offer you receive and advise you as to whether it will fairly and fully compensate you for all the expenses and losses you have and will incur due to your injuries.
Following your accident, you should try to document your accident, if possible, including taking photos of the accident scene, collecting physical evidence, and getting eyewitness statements or contact information. You should also be sure to get the contact information for whoever caused your accident. You should also get checked out by a health care provider to identify all the injuries you have suffered in the accident. Finally, you should talk to a personal injury lawyer to learn more about your legal rights.
