$1.43 Million Settlement for Construction Site Injury

The firm secured a $1.43 million settlement through mediation on behalf of a demolition crew worker who was injured when the building on which he was working collapsed. Our client fell 40 feet. He sustained multiple rib fractures, nondisplaced lumbar vertebrae fractures (spine), pleural effusions (lung condition), a fracture of his scapula (shoulder blade), and a closed head injury. He returned to the same job after two years.
