$900,000 Settlement for Tractor-Trailer Accident

She sustained injuries, including cervical herniations which required epidural injections and a cervical discectomy, as well as a right shoulder rotator cuff tear which required decompression surgery.

The plaintiff claimed that she was unable to return to her work as a dental assistant, and the plaintiff s expert economist evaluated her wage loss to be over $950,000. The plaintiff’s husband also suffered injuries in the collision, limited to an aggravation of a prior disc herniation. The case settled at a pre-trial conference for a total of $900,000.
