$986,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident

John Molinari represented a 37-year-old woman who traveling on Route 3 in Lodi when she was violently struck in the rear of her vehicle. As a result of the accident, she sustained aggravation of cervical herniations requiring epidural injections and lumbar disc herniations requiring epidural injections. She eventually underwent a lumbar discectomy for her back injury and then a second procedure for a lumbar fusion. She underwent a cervical fusion to help alleviate her neck pain and had to have a revision fusion done one year later, with removal of all the original hardware. The case settled at a pre-trial conference with the Court for $986,000.
