$500,000 Settlement for Auto Product Liability

Blume Donnelly partner Jeffrey Zenna represented 2 plaintiffs in this matter. Our clients were involved in a motor vehicle accident in which their vehicle rolled over and the roof crushed in on them. One client sustained a thoracic fracture (chest) which was non-surgical, and our other client sustained cervical (neck) and thoracic (chest) vertebral fractures of the spine as well as a shoulder injury requiring steroid injections for pain management. Mr. Zenna settled this claim for $500,000.
