$500,000 Settlement for Premises Liability / Fall Down

John Molinari represented a 49-year-old census worker for the US Census Bureau who fell by reason of an uncovered valve box in front of a commercial property located in Hackensack, New Jersey. Our client injured her left knee and required arthroscopic surgery. She also sustained injuries to her spine that ultimately required a lumbar laminectomy, decompression, diskectomy and fusion with instrumentation (surgical hardware).
