$250,000 Settlement for Lead Poisoning

Richard J. Villanova represented a little boy (now 10 years old), and his family, who all resided in an Essex County rental apartment. From the ages of two to three, the boy was exposed to lead containing paint chips in the residence. His blood tests showed he reached a toxic lead level of 34. As a result of the exposure, the boy suffers from learning disabilities.
