$400,000 Settlement for Dram Shop Matter

The firm represented the estate of a young woman who was killed when a drunk driver drove head on into her vehicle. Our investigation revealed that the driver had been drinking at two separate bars that night. Working with a forensic toxicologist the firm proved that the drunk driver was visibly intoxicated when he left the first bar as well as when he was served drinks at the second bar which made both places responsible under the law.
