$202,500 Settlement for Slip and Fall on Black Ice

The firm represented a 63-year old woman who slipped and fell on black ice outside of her apartment building (commercial complex) one day after a snow event. Our client sustained a hip fracture requiring surgical intervention. Significant issues affected the settlement including our client’s failure to use her walker to ambulate at the time of the accident.
