$250,000 Settlement for Tractor-Trailer Accident

John Molinari represented a 36-year-old woman who was traveling on Interstate 287 in Pompton Plains when she was violently struck by a truck, causing her car to hit a concrete barrier and causing the truck to overturn. She sustained serious injuries, including lumbar disc herniations that caused her to undergo a laminectomy. As a result of the accident, she also suffered from severe headaches, anxiety, and nervousness that required psychological treatment. The case settled just prior to trial for $250,000.
