$475,000 Settlement for Shortened Toes / Implant Failure

BG lawyer Michael Zerres obtained a $475,000 settlement on behalf of a 42-year-old woman who had toe implants placed in the large toe of each foot. Unfortunately, the implants were not placed in the correct position, ultimately resulting in failure of the implants and shortening of the great toe of each foot. This necessitated corrective surgery and has caused the patient to have frequent pain and increased weight bearing on the lesser toes.
