$1,250,000 Confidential Settlement for Negligent Anesthesiological Care

The firm secured a settlement in the amount of $1,250,000 on behalf of the estate of a man in his mid-50s who presented at a local hospital for elective spine surgery. At the end of the procedure, the patient became cyanotic, went into pulmonary cardiac arrest, as a result of which he died.
