A 36-year-old teacher at a Catholic school went to a medi-center complaining of chest pains, shortness of breath and sweatiness. Doctors at the medi-center concluded that he had a respiratory infection and sent him home. He died later that day. He is survived by his wife and their child, who was born four months after the teacher’s death.
