$550,000 Recovery for Radial Nerve Injury

During surgery to repair the tendon, his doctor accidentally severed the radial nerve, causing the man difficulty when extending and using his fingers on his dominant hand. Additional surgeries involving the transfer of muscles to regain function in the hand were required. The matter settled for $550,000.
