$325,000 Settlement for Car Accident

John Molinari represented a 48-year-old woman who was driving a car in Englewood when she was struck in the rear by the defendant. The woman sustained an aggravation of preexisting injuries, including cervical and lumbar herniations requiring epidurals and a right shoulder tear requiring arthroscopic surgery. She eventually underwent a cervical fusion.

The defense contended that the MRI films from this 2012 accident did not show any change from the films taken after an earlier accident in 2008. The case settled for $325,000.
