$335,000 Settlement for Construction Accident / Wrongful Death

Partner Ronald Goldfaden settled this claim for the widow of a construction worker who fell from scaffolding to his death. The decedent was a bricklayer who fell approximately 40 ft when the scaffolding he was standing on slipped off of its steel posts.
