$250,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident

The driver paid the full limits of his insurance, which was $15,000, and the case proceeded on an underinsured motorist claim with the plaintiff’s insurance company. The case resolved for the remaining policy limits of $235,000, for a total settlement of $250,000.
