$265,000 Settlement for Facial Scars in Auto Collision

Blume Donnelly partner David Fried represented a 17-year-old high school student on a private traveling team softball trip to Pennsylvania. She was an unbelted rear seat passenger in a 17 year-old teammate’s car when another teammate, in a different car, who was 16 and driving with a learner’s permit, tried to pass in a no-passing zone, causing a collision.
