$1.75 Million Settlement for Automobile Accident Victim

The firm obtained a $1.75 million settlement on behalf of a 70-year-old woman who was injured in a motor vehicle accident. Initially, the client suffered a torn rotator cuff injury to the shoulder, requiring surgery. Unfortunately, during surgery, the woman suffered a stroke that partially paralyzed her left side. After months of rehabilitation, the client still does not have total control of her left arm, requires the use of a wheelchair on occasion, and, otherwise cannot walk without a cane.
