$125,000 Jury Verdict for Automobile Accident

The firm obtained a jury verdict on behalf of a 51-year-old woman who was injured when another driver crashed into the back of her car. The crash caused a disc in her spine to herniate which caused her serious pain. The defendant’s insurance company would only offer $30,000 to settle the case. At trial the defendant argued that the firm’s client’s injury was not that serious and that almost all of her complaints were related to aging of her spine and not the accident. The jury found that the crash did cause our client’s injury and awarded her $125,000.
