$517,500 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident

Part of providing good representation to the firm’s client’s involves finding the insurance coverage to pay for our client’s injuries. In some cases finding that coverage and forcing insurance companies to pay can be very difficult. In one such case the firm represented a man who was injured when the woman who was driving his car lost control of the vehicle in a heavy rainstorm.

The driver later claimed that she was cut off by another driver who fled the scene. If that story was believed there would have been much less available coverage and as a result a much smaller recovery for our client. The firm worked to show that her story was not believable, which resulted in the several insurance carriers settling the matter for $517,500.
