$700,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident

David Fried represented a man who was operating a motorized scooter on an access road in Barnegat Township, New Jersey. A township employee who just finished up checking water levels in a well pulled out onto the access road and ran over our client. He had a fractured femur, hip and wrist all requiring surgery.
