$350,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident / Tractor-Trailer

Mr. Fried represented the driver of a motorcycle. A tractor-trailer signaled and was making a right turn into a gas station. Our client was exiting the gas station and saw the tractor trailer turning but couldn’t see around or behind it. Our client tried to make a left turn, needing to first cross the oncoming lane of traffic. Our client put his motorcycle down to avoid a full impact, but he nevertheless sustained a tibial plateau fracture (knee), which required surgery.
