$750,000 Settlement for Auto Accident

Blume Donnelly principal Ron Goldfaden obtained a $750,000 settlement on behalf of a 33-year-old Lakewood, New Jersey man injured when a furniture van crossed over into his lane and collided with his car head-on. The client sustained fractures to both legs as well as his left elbow. Although the leg fractures have gone on to heal fairly well, the elbow required surgery recently to increase the plaintiff’s extension and range of motion. The plaintiff was a religious student at the time of the accident and therefore did not sustain any loss of wages. He did however lose the ability to type and write for long periods of time which has significantly interfered with his religious study.
