$300,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident / Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle

Mr. Molinari represented an 85-year-old woman who was struck by a car while crossing Main Street in Chester, New Jersey. She sustained multiple injuries, including fractured facial bones, a C6-7 fracture (neck), an L4-5 fracture (lower back), a fractured clavicle, fractured pelvis and sacrum (lower back), and fractures of both ankles. Despite her advanced age and serious injuries, she went on to make a fair recovery. The case was settled for the defendant’s policy limits.
