$250,000 Settlement for Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle

Mr. Molinari represented an 85-year-old woman who, while taking her daily morning walk on Ridge Road in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, was struck by a car that was backing out of a driveway. She suffered a traumatic brain injury, subdural hematoma and subarachnoid hemorrhage requiring an emergency craniotomy surgery. She died following an unsuccessful surgery. The claim settled for the driver’s full policy limits.
