$25,000 Jury Verdict for Motor Vehicle Accident

Richard Villanova represented a 76-year-old retired man who was driving along Jersey Avenue in New Brunswick, New Jersey when the defendant attempted to make a left turn in front of him at an intersection. A collision occurred, causing our client to sustain a displaced cervical fracture resulting in decreased range of motion and affecting the extent of our clients activity in retirement. The jury found for the plaintiff and awarded $25,000.
