$330,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle / Bicycle Accident

Drivers and cyclists have a responsibility to look for oncoming traffic before making a left turn at an intersection. In one such case, the firm’s client was riding his bicycle through an intersection when a school bus driver made a left turn in front of him just as he was entering the intersection. The driver claimed that he couldn’t see our client, but the firm proved that the bus driver had plenty of time and opportunity to see the oncoming bicyclist.
