John E. Molinari represented a 43 year old man who was the driver of a motor vehicle traveling along Interstate 80 in Paterson, New Jersey when he was side-swiped by a tractor trailer causing his vehicle to be pinned to the right side guardrail. Plaintiff’s injuries included a cervical disc herniation at C5-C6, lumbar disc herniations at L4-L5 and L5-S1, and a right rotator cuff tear. Plaintiff underwent a right shoulder arthroscopy with arthroscopic synovectomy and he also underwent extensive pain management for his cervical and lumbar herniations including epidural injections and radiofrequency ablations.

Plaintiff and defendant agreed to proceed to Mediation just prior to a scheduled trial date at which time the case settled for $610,000.00 that included the payment of $75,000.00 in outstanding medical bills.
