$500,000 Settlement – Tractor-Trailer Accident

Mr. Zenna recovered on behalf of his client who was operating her car when it was struck by a tractor trailer.  The truck driver claimed that another vehicle appeared to enter the roadway causing him to avoid the vehicle thereby striking our client.  Mr. Zenna was able to secure a dash cam video from the tractor trailer which proved that no vehicle entered the roadway.  The client was fully compensated for her injuries and lost wages.
