John Molinari represented a 37 year old teacher’s aide who was injured in a multiple vehicle crash on the NJ Turnpike in 2016. A lawsuit was filed against the 2 drivers that were behind her since her car she was struck twice in the crash. The plaintiff suffered injuries to her neck and back and underwent physical therapy, pain management injections and ultimately a cervical fusion. The plaintiff had been severely injured in a crash in 2013 in which she hurt the same areas of her body and following that crash, she underwent a lumbar fusion. Also complicating the presentation of her claim was that she was involved in another serious crash in early 2018 again injuring the same body parts. John settled the 2016 case at the completion of discovery with both drivers contributing almost equally.
