$2.8 Million Settlement for Medical Malpractice

All we can say is that it involved a failure of cardiologists to monitor cardiac medication Amiodorone, prescribed to a patient and refilled by a staff member.  The client was on it for a prolonged period of time and it caused extreme weakness and inability to walk, which after 4 years is now considered permanent in this 70 year old client.
