We represented the Estate of a truck driver who was sideswiped by a tractor trailer driver on the NJ Turnpike. The defendant claimed decedent swerved into his lane, but our accident reconstruction expert performed extensive review of all evidence to establish the defendant was the one who swerved into our client’s lane.
The decedent was 52 years old at the time of death, and our economic expert established the financial losses to his widow and children, which included lost earnings as well as the loss of his guidance, support and services.
