Zerres Named “Lawyer of the Year”

Chatham, NJ – Michael B. Zerres of the personal injury law firm of Blume Forte Fried Zerres & Molinari has been given the prestigious designation of “Lawyer of the Year” for Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Law in the Newark metropolitan area in the 2015 edition of “The Best Lawyers in America.” Only a single lawyer in each practice area and designated metropolitan area is honored as such, making this accolade particularly significant.

The Best Lawyers in America directory represents the results of national peer-review surveys in which over 52,000 lawyers confidentially evaluate their professional peers, casting some 5.5 million votes on other lawyers’ legal abilities in their practice area. Receiving this designation is a reflection of the highest level of respect and integrity an attorney has earned among other attorneys in the same practice areas. Lawyers are not permitted to pay any fee to participate in or be included on the “Best” lists. Corporate Counsel Magazine has called Best Lawyers “the most respected referral list of attorneys in practice.”

Zerres has been a shareholder of the Firm since 1998 and, in addition to handling medical malpractice matters, represents clients in automobile, premises liability, defective products and construction accidents.
